SARAH ROOKES was born and brought up in Cornwall, but is now living in Hampshire with her husband and family. Her great loves are music and reading – she plays the piano and enjoys composing, and listening to a wide range of music. She loves reading crime fiction and Royal Family non-fiction books. She has worked in a variety of administrative roles for well over twenty years, and stepped into the world of writing during the first Covid lockdown of 2020. The Secret Garden – Generations is her debut novel, which was written during that time, and she is now busy planning the next steps in her career, and putting final editorial touches to her second novel.
