A groundbreaking novella that is redefining the literary landscape—Suicide Apartment isn’t just another book; it’s an interdisciplinary work of art that merges literature with theatre, cinema, photography, and social media, tailored for the readers of the digital age.

In the dim corridors of an unremarkable five-story edifice, where time seems to hold its breath, Yuri Khachapuri—a reluctant oracle of existential despair—prepares to greet the dawn of his final chapter. Suicide Apartment invites readers into a twisted realm where the very walls whisper the unspoken truths of its inhabitants. Each resident—a mirror reflecting society’s morbid kaleidoscope of shame, hypocrisy, and taboo—stands as a testament to the weight of lost souls. In a voice that oscillates between fury and vulnerability, Yuri chronicles his impending resolution, all while challenging the audience with a provocative, confessional prose that’s raw and fragmented.

Yet beneath the façade lies a deeper enigma, entwined with digital threads of music, art, and social media that meticulously unravel the narrative’s truest essence. As secrets coil in the shadows, a shocking twist awaits, embedded within an innocuous QR code—an invitation to confront the haunting spectres of trauma and patriarchal oppression. With each revelation, the reader grapples with the unsettling interplay of illusion and reality, questioning not just the nature of truth, but their own perception of existence in a world teetering on the brink of despair. Welcome to a journey where art and life dance in grotesque harmony, revealing that the deepest cries for help often resonate within the confines of silence.

Suicide Apartment opens a bold new chapter in storytelling. It breaks traditional boundaries, offering a contemporary response to modern artistic and cultural needs.

At the centre of this unique narrative is a protagonist who has been actively engaging audiences through his vibrant Instagram account, where he shares captivating paintings, videos, poetry, and writings. Explore his creative world here: Yuri Khachapuri on Instagram

Further enriching the experience, he curates music playlists on his YouTube channel, allowing readers to dive deeper into the emotional tapestry of the story. Check out his music selections here:  Yuri’s YouTube Channel

The reading experience culminates with a QR code that leads to an exclusive 11-minute short film. This film reinterprets the entire story from a fresh angle, revealing twists and layers that challenge the reader’s perceptions and understanding.

ABOUT  THE AUTHOR: A Turkish/Polish novelist and multidisciplinary artist based in Warsaw, Poland, Affan Fatih Öztürk brings a unique fusion of Eastern and Western cultures to his work. With a published novel, two acclaimed theatre plays, and multiple art projects under his belt, he is a versatile creator.
